Privacy. The information recorded in the portal (contact details, building data and energy data) is used exclusively to carry out the energy assessment of the client's buildings — including, where agreed, an energy audit under Energikartleggingsforskriften (FOR-2024-09-25-2262) and NS-EN 16247-1. SustEvo AS processes it on behalf of the client under the data processing agreement entered into. It is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for statutory reporting (Enova), and is deleted or anonymised when the retention obligation for the engagement expires. The public pages of this site — the front page, the enquiry form and this notice — count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Nothing behind a case link or a login is counted.
